No-Logs Policy

Effective Date: April 14, 2026

At nCheck, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your use of our VPN and DNS services remains private and secured. This page explains our No-Logs Policy in clear and transparent terms.

1. Our No-Logs Commitment

We operate under a strict, absolute No-Logs Policy. We do not generate, collect, store, or log any data that could map network activity back to an individual user.

  • Incoming or outgoing IP addresses of users or connected devices
  • Browsing history, internet traffic, or data content
  • DNS queries linked to individual users
  • Connection timestamps, connection durations, or session logs
  • Total bandwidth usage per user

2. How Our VPN Technology Works

Our VPN service is built using secure tunneling technology based on the WireGuard® protocol. To maximize privacy, our infrastructure processes routing tasks entirely within volatile system memory (RAM).

Any temporary technical metadata required to maintain your active session exists only in RAM and is completely destroyed the moment you disconnect; nothing is ever written to persistent disk storage.

3. Temporary System Data

During an active connection, session routing information and network interface states exist exclusively in volatile RAM. This operational data is entirely decoupled from your personal identity, is not used for tracking, and is completely discarded immediately upon session termination.

4. DNS Privacy

Our DNS services are designed with privacy in mind. Queries are processed dynamically in real time and are never stored in query logs or repurposed for tracking and analytics.

5. Infrastructure Transparency

We use trusted South African providers, Webway, HostAfrica, and Axxess, with physical server infrastructure located in Cape Town and Johannesburg.

6. Data Protection Principles

7. Legal & Abuse Handling

While we do not log activity, we utilize real-time automated firewalls to protect network stability against infrastructure threats.

Because we do not store historical connection data or browsing logs, we are technically unable to provide user activity details to any third parties or legal authorities.

8. Compliance

We comply fully with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa. Users maintain all rights to their personal data as defined by law.

9. Summary

In simple terms: We do not store logs of your activity. Your browsing remains private and unrecorded. Our systems are designed to minimize data collection at every level.
